Anybody use Anything Other than Ebay? Successfully?
« on: July 08, 2014, 01:58:14 PM »
I have tried "Offersupnow" And get replies, no takers but good deals.

I've not tried Ebid

I don't want to use Paypal (open to something for that)

I want to sell off my previous PC components (Still good)

Previous Phones and Trade in phones

And sometimes my HO Scale Model Train Stuff then little things I get here and there.

Any suggestions on a bidding site?

Craigslist here is too picky and the travel doesn't seem worth anybodies worth.

So any suggestions for either the WHOLE US or the PACIFIC NORTH WEST would be appreciated.

Also, if you've had a good or bad experience with Ebid let me know.

I have had a lot of good luck with Bookoo
More like a Yard Sale than anything
A lot less crap than Craigslist

Popmoney may be an alternative to PayPal.

I have used Popmoney before and you can also use it on your phone.  they have an app for it.

I have used it only to pay from business to business.  Have not used it for any auctions as of yet.

Not sure if you still want suggestions for this, but anandtech and hardforums both have for sale/trade sections and are a good place to get rid of used hardware.
